Seblin was created in 1998 by Sebastien Taggart. As a customer of a large hosting company, the level of service from a seemingly "large and in charge" company was appalling. The technical support would not call back until days later, and his account was always experiencing some sort of odd, unexplainable technical difficulty. After spending countless hours searching in vain for a dependable host, Sebastien decided to set out to learn the ropes and host his sites himself with a dedicated server. This led to considerable expertise in web design and all that is involved with ensuring that a website works fawlessly.
