How do I edit my .htaccess file from the control panel? (non-FTP method)

To access the .htaccess feature, follow the
following instructions.
When you first log in to your hosting account (login at
http://www.seblin.com/hosting_login.php) in the middle of the page
under tools, click on File Manager. A new window will appear listing
all of your various folders. At the bottom of the window click on
"Protect." This will take you to the .htaccess wizard.
