About Remote Support
We can help you configure your computer, troubleshoot problems, or go over projects together right over the computer. With Remote Help, we can connect to your computer control the mouse and keyboard while you watch, and we'll answer your questions along the way.

How to get started 1. Schedule an appointment. In general, appointments may be made for same day service at no extra charge. This step must be completed prior to downloading the Remote Help client in order to ensure that a technicician will be available to work on your computer. 2. Download the Remote Help client. 3. If you are using Microsoft Internet Explorer, you will see the screen below after you click on the download link. Click on Open
4. If you are using a different browser, save the program, double click on it, and you should arrive at the following screen. If you have a firewall on your computer, it may ask for permission to allow remhelp.exe to access the internet. Be sure to allow access, or the connection will not be established.
5. Select Start and the program will initiate a connection to our office.
6. At the end of the session we will terminate the connection. If you wish to stop the connection at any time, simply click on stop.

How does it work?
Remote Help is designed so that you are initiating the connection, and no program is installed on your computer. For security purposes, it is not a good idea to use a program that would allow us to connect without your input.
Once you download seblinhelp.exe, the program runs and requests your permission to establish the connection. Once this is done, we can control your computer, but only as long as you allow this. Once the session is completed, you may delete seblinhelp.exe. Your personal firewall software will confirm that no connection exists between seblinhelp.exe and the internet unless you start the program and allow it.
We are dedicated to providing a secure service, and have extensively tested our system to ensure that it is safe.
